Place matches the photos provided and is clean. Location wise it is tucked away in a neighbourhood so while it is quiet and feels homely it is quite a distance from the city centre so travelling around might take some time.

Process to checkin so slow. I have to contact directly to the CS of the brand to help me. I ordered room with big windows and gave me the room with no windows at first and took 30mins to change the room and I had to contact myself to get supports.

Extremely clean and comfortable hotel in a bustling neighborhood. So good, that this is my second stay here.

The reception does not speak English. The rooms are very small, even the most expensive rooms in the hotel. For an early check-in of 2 hours they want 50% of the booking cost.

Place was sufficient and worth it for the price. Really great service and location too. But the cleanliness of the room is unacceptable, seems like they never clean the floor, there were so many dusts on the floor and floor mat.

The room is cleaned with big fridge and cupboard.

It is located very far from the center, during rush hour there are huge traffic jams. It takes almost an hour to return from the center to the hotel. Taxi is expensive during rush hour. The room is small, tiny for two. Under the windows there is a bike repair and all day long there is noise and tire inflation. On the plus side there is a lot of equipment including an iron and a hair dryer.

I couldn't find the location of this hotel that day and couldn't check in. I sent a message to request a refund, but you didn't handle the situation. I'm very angry! Please process me a refund as I did not stay!
