Hotel was a bit old. But overall location and service is good. Love the street food in front of the hotel.

It seems like there is no clear review on this place so I’m writing my review after staying there for 5 nights in march 2026. First of all the room in the pictures is the deluxe room with balcony and I think it is probably the best room they have, sadly not all of the rooms are the same and some of them look completely different than this in the picture 😅 so make sure you check which kind of room you’re getting. The people are friendly, the location is very central 2 minutes from Bui Vien. Yeah, it’s not a fancy place and the entrance to the hotel is basically an Indian restaurant which is a little bit weird😄 There is no elevator in the place so make sure you’re good with climbing 3-5 floors daily. Bottom line it is a good place but it’s all about the price you’re paying obviously. Sometimes they spike the price in busy seasons in the city and then the price is just too high. But if you’re paying anywhere around 20$ per night i think it’s worth it 😊 Thank you!🙏

Stayed here a few nights great views of the city / walking street very comfortable bed , no elevator so you will need to go up some stairs but other than that I highly recommend

OMG guys!!!! There was no elevator and it has 5th floor so, we need to bring ourselves baggage to upstairs. And one more thing in website input a hotel and reality it’s guesthouse 🙃 very take time to find it. Hot water it’s not working at the time we use.

The room was decent and clean. The toilet seat was broken, but it didn't really bother us. There's no elevator, so climbing to the 5th floor was a bit tough. The towels had a strong detergent smell.

The location of this hotel is in the middle of district 1. Not so fancy but acceptable with that price.

When we found it, at the back of a restaurant we had to wait ages for someone to check us in and once they saw we had a lot of bags they decided to ‘upgrade’ us to the very top floor in a building without and elevator so we had to drag our luggage up and down 5 floors for absolutely no reason when the room we got was the same as what we saw in the photos, and the its not like the view was anything because we just was onto the terrace of another building next to us. Apart from that the room was good for our stay.

The place was located right next to walking street which was useful, lots of restaurants around. Our room was on the 5th floor with now lift which was the only downside

Terrible experience. I booked two rooms and received confirmation for PWD accessibility, yet they placed us on the 5th floor. When we asked for a room that actually met our needs, they tried to charge us an extra 1,000,000 VND. It is shocking that a hotel would try to profit off their own failure to provide an accessible room. To make matters even worse, the rooms were not properly cleaned. Finding a dirty room after fighting for basic accommodations is a total slap in the face. On top of the hygiene issues, the communication was also a major struggle as the staff could not understand basic English. The location is the only positive, but it doesn't make up for the unethical service. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Uncomfortable room. The air conditioner was right next to the bed, and the bedding had hairs on it. No elevator.

Moderate stay overall. The room was very simple and basic, but acceptable for a short stay. The location is great and very convenient for getting around. The hotel is located above an Indian restaurant, which makes it easy to find food nearby. However, one negative point is that there is no lift. If you have heavy luggage, you will need to carry it up the stairs, which can be quite inconvenient.

It was great but I believe this hotel is old that’s why the peel of the walls are coming off though it is a nice hotel very near by bui vien walking street.

The rooms were fine. The front desk staff were polite, cheerful, enthusiastic, and very attentive. It's centrally located, making it convenient to get around. I'll definitely book here again if I return to Ho Chi Minh City.
