The staff were nice, especially the sweet security guard that works daytime. The room had all you could need and the location is walkable and convenient. No complaints.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are really good. Really love the extra effort for foot soaks after a long day. Thank you to the hotel thinking of this. Good food walking distance and local markets and convenient stores. Alot of cafes along the same street of the hotel. Balcony rooms very comforting from the city traffic.

Here is a reasonable hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. There were two issues with the room I stayed in. First, the light in the room was broken. They promptly fixed this problem the next day. The second, the air conditioner in the room was not effective and it was hot from evening to night.The set temperature was 16 degrees, but it was hot. I asked the reception to change my room, but unfortunately they were fully booked that day. But they lent me a fan instead. They said they would change the room the next day as they had available room, but the next day, that promise was not fulfilled. However, I only stayed for two nights, and the heat was tolerable at night, so I didn't really care. I think this is a very good response for a hotel of this star level.

The hotel is easy to find, the surrounding environment is quiet, and it is convenient to find food. If the price is favorable, I will stay here again. The location is moderate and it is very close to anywhere.

It was quite spacious and nice! I didn't like the bugs flying around, but if I had to say whether the room was good or bad, I'd say it was absolutely good! I think it was worth the price! It was really close to the downtown area, and the security guy opened and closed the door for me!

The basic room is cozy and clean, the staff is enthusiastic and cute, walking around is a food paradise, I especially like the pleasant smell in the room. The air conditioner is too cold 😅

We arrived at midnight but were able to check in without any problems. Convenient location, within walking distance of Pub Street and markets. The room was well-cleaned and left a clean impression. Friendly and enthusiastic staff and security. The shower had good water pressure but the shower head was clogged and there was not enough water, which was disappointing.

It was nice that the security guard smiled kindly and opened and closed the door, but the air conditioner was too cold and there was no soundproofing at all.. I could almost hear Vietnamese chatter until 12 o'clock, and the worst thing was that the power went out two hours before check-out. I went out to the hallway to see what was going on, and the elevator was also off. The security guard smiled and told me to walk down... I was dizzy thinking about carrying my luggage down from the 4th floor I asked when the lights would come back on, and they said no today. It was the day of departure, and I couldn't charge the auxiliary battery, etc. I couldn't use the hair dryer, so my hair was wet and uncomfortable and the air conditioner was off, so I got ready while sweating profusely. The lights came back on when I was about to leave the room. I was so angry. There was no explanation of the situation when the power went out, and there was no response. The counter staff didn't even apologize when I checked out. This was the first time I had such an unpleasant experience during my trip.

Very good, I will come back to stay here again. Good location, walk to Bui Vien for 10 minutes, or go to other tourist attractions by Grab for 50-60 baht, save a lot of time. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, not noisy at night. The room is clean. The staff is very nice and cute, can speak English. Arrive early and leave your luggage. Or fly back late. We have a flight at 9 pm. Check out and leave your luggage first. When you're done traveling, come and get it later and then go to the airport. 🥰😋😊
