The room had a lovely vintage feel, and the public areas were also very beautiful. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and friendly. They even went the extra mile to help mail back clothes I accidentally left behind, and their online communication was very prompt. Definitely recommend staying here!

This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam! It's very luxurious, but offers incredible value for money. Laura, the front desk manager, was exceptionally kind! She helped us with check-in and even gave us a tour, explaining the hotel's layout. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. They offered us local fruit tea before check-in. The afternoon tea was also incredibly delicious; if you don't have a reservation, you can ask the staff at the front desk to book it for you in advance. The location is also fantastic. Overall, a truly wonderful stay.

The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very patient, always willing to accommodate reasonable requests. Breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious. The hotel was very clean, and the facilities were great. The bed was very comfortable, and the windows had a charming vintage look.

The place is in a very convenient location. The food is ok. Staff is super helpful. But there I didn’t like 2 things: 1) it’s not allowed to take a picture with a camera. Even only your family member. 2) actually the floor in room wasn’t super clean, after my son walking with a white socks i saw a very dirty socks. And the sink water is going really slow also make a nervous my brain.

Good points 1. The hotel is very gorgeous and High class 2.Staff speak very well in English. 3.Sound insulation is good. 4.Well located, can walk to Saigon centre and coffee apt. 5.Restaurants and convenient stores near by. 6. spa nearby But there is no tissue box on the desk next to the bed.If I want tissues, I have to go to the bathroom. for sure I will come back again.

Lovely decorations and ambience, good service as well. However, room sound proofing is not the best. Could hear chairs dragging around and knocking sounds (similar to heavy footsteps) from the ceiling around midnight. This lasted for about an hour. Overall still a pleasant stay with great services and amenities.
