Rats ate my belongings. Had to sit sideways on the toilet as it was so close to the wall. Very run down. Large gap under door to common stairwell and rooftop bar with 1 flimsy lock. Local rooster as an alarm clock. Noisy Air Con. Comfy bed.

Utterly dreadful and literally dangerous. The front door doesn’t work properly so you can get locked out for hours. Exposed live wires and windows with no handles or locking mechanism. The shower had hair and razor covers on the floor, the aircon was so filthy it made me sick. Location good but hazard to health

The only good thing about this place is a good location. This. Unit is very small, no maid service, and hardly any toiletries. You are lucky if you are about to reach the agent to let you know there is no front desk. You need to contact the rental agent by WhatsApp or Zalo. I wasn't told this when I got there at 11.30 pm. It was terrible.

Very friendly owner.

The place turned out to be not clean, there were small ants everywhere in the room. In the evening, it was very loud, people sang karaoke till about 3 am.

The room was very dirty and smelled very bad. It is a stuffy and bad place. I definitely do not recommend it.
