The hotel room description said it had a window, but it was a fake one facing a wall. There was absolutely no natural light and no ventilation, which made the room feel very claustrophobic. You had to stand in the bathtub to shower, so it's not very suitable for elderly people or young children. The location, however, was quite good.

Hotel is near Little Japan. And its location is perfect, you can get everything you want within 200m. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel room is clean. My room was tucked at the back building, away from main street. Peaceful sleep every night.

Our room experience was great, it was quite spacious, and we could easily open our suitcases. Special thanks to Brian for helping us with our luggage, he was very kind and helpful. There are only about three rooms per floor! It's in the city center, so it's not far from various attractions, and it's convenient to take a Grab or Grab bike.

I forget to bring travel adapter for my trip and I went to the front desk to check if they have it. The front desk arrange to help me get one from the house keeping and bring up the travel adapter to me.

The room was simple and the hotel location was great! The service was just the best — Brian gave us many recommendations when we first arrived and was friendly to us each time we met. We also got to store our baggage on the last day after checking out!

The hotel is in a great central location, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, showering wasn't very convenient as you had to stand in the bathtub, which easily got water all over the floor. The triple room facing the street wasn't soundproof, so you could hear traffic noise. Breakfast was mediocre with not much variety. But then again, you get what you pay for.
