Very friendly staff. Room very spacious. All y provided. Location very nice. Breakfast is the best. Nearby coffee shops and convenient store.

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to Ben Thanh Market, with bus stops and plenty of street food nearby – it's a lively area. We stayed in rooms 501 and 601. Room 501 had three double beds and a very large bathtub, while 601 was a beautifully decorated executive suite with two beds separated by a partition. The air conditioning in both rooms was excellent. The bathrooms were spacious with plenty of hot water, though only shower facilities were available. Overall, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable and quiet. Room 601 had no noise issues. Breakfast was provided, and the lady in charge of breakfast cooked delicious food; we ate there for three days and enjoyed the Vietnamese and Western options. Since she was the only one working, it was easy to ask her for anything we needed. Sometimes the front desk staff and security guards would even help out. The security guard was very thoughtful and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs when we arrived. Be aware that some items in the room are chargeable, so it's best to inquire beforehand. For a city hotel, the experience was excellent, very convenient. No regrets this trip!

The hotel was excellent! From the front desk staff to the kitchen crew and the security guards at the building entrance, everyone was incredibly kind and always ready to help with luggage and escort us to our room. However, the meals here are set menus, not buffets. The hotel is always fully booked.

Nice budget hotel in District 1. 10 min walk to Ben Thanh Market. Provide Full set of toiletries. Quiet room. Great banh mi and all sort of Vietnamese noodles for breakfast

Location: Very convenient, close to the city center. I'd recommend it for anyone looking to explore the city. Room: The facilities are quite basic, so don't expect too much, but it was clean.

Rooms are well renovated and clean. Toilets are clean too. Service and Security staff are fantastic as they know our needs and very attentive. Breakfast was just nice... choice of local Vietnamese food or simple English breakfast. I love the breakfast local Vietnamese Beef Stew with Baguette. We will be back again.

Room was spacious. Front had fantastic service. Breakfast can do better. Cleaning quite bad (used condom from previous occupants in plain sight, never make-up room despite sign until request to front, etc).

The rooms are okay, just a bit inconvenient because our room was on the top floor and the elevator doesn't go all the way up.

We had an amazing stay here. Location was good as it is near Ben Thahn market and all other tourist spots. There's even a GrabCar voucher exclusive to A25 Hotels. We booked for 3 nights for 5 pax (2 seniors and 3 adults), and we stayed at their Family Suite. The room was very spacious and clean. They inform you of the rules and times for breakfast and room cleaning. They cleaned our rooms daily and refilled toiletries, water, coffee, and tea. Breakfast was served in the basement from 6 am to 10 am. Menu for the main course changes daily, and you can choose one main course. Side dishes such as vegetables, fruits, and bread, as well as coffee and tea, are on the side table. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Shout out also to their guards who are very helpful, and act as all-around staff too as they also assist in serving breakfast. Overall, we had an amazing stay here at A25 hotel.

Staff excellent room and everywhere inside hotel spotless one disappointment was breakfast it was very basic .

For the price it was a good deal. Unfortunately there was construction going on very loudly. So bring earplugs or noisecanceling

It was a great experience and very near on shopping boutiques and the staff is very accommodating as well.
