This is a spacious serviced apartment with a great location, making it convenient to go anywhere. I was happy to find my favorite Banh Mi shop just a short walk away. Across from the apartment, there's also a large, stylish cafe famous for its croissants. Our room was on the 5th floor, but thankfully there was an elevator. While you can tell it's a bit older, it was thoroughly cleaned every day, with towel changes and trash collection, which made for a comfortable stay (even the wooden floors were wiped clean). One thing to note is that the staff don't speak English, so I recommend using a translation app if you need to ask anything. Also, keep in mind it's an apartment, not a hotel, so the amenities are basic (which I found perfectly sufficient). As for improvements, I wish there was hand soap or bar soap in the bathroom. There was body wash, so I used that as a substitute. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would like to stay here again.

This private suite is in a great location and the bed is super comfortable. The front desk staff who checked me in was a Chinese-speaking gentleman, which was a nice bonus. The suite comes with cutlery, a fridge, an oven, and most importantly, the air conditioning works wonderfully, which is crucial given how hot it gets in Saigon.

Great service, but the alleyway leading to the accommodation is too narrow.

Arrived around 5 AM, and the security guard let me in, but he didn't speak English. I was able to store my luggage. The room itself was spacious, with a kitchen for cooking and a balcony. Everything was great, except for the lack of slippers.

The hotel is located in District 3. Close to almost everything (via grab bike or walking). It felt safe and it has everything I need during my stay. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. They also provided free gallon of water during my stay. I highly recommend booking this hotel if you want to stay in District 3.

I've stayed in 6 hotels in Vietnam, and this one was my favorite. It felt just like home, very spacious, and had everything I needed. There was plenty of water, quick responses from the staff, and hot water too. I left this hotel feeling great! 🙏😅🫶

Pros: Excellent location, with all attractions within walking distance. There are Michelin-starred restaurants nearby, the trendy 4P's Pizza, and a 24-hour minimart. The room is spacious, and the bedroom is separate from the rest of the room, which is convenient. It pretty much has most of the essentials. The shower is comfortable with good water temperature control. Cons: Places like this are often described as 'tired' – there were slippers in the hallway that looked like they'd been worn by generations of guests. The mattress was terribly creaky, and the air conditioner was very noisy. We regularly found caterpillar-like insects on the floor. At one point, we even found a lizard in the room (good news: fewer insects after that!). Overall, I recommend this place for its value for money, especially if you're staying for a couple of nights and don't plan to spend much time in the room. Just remember, it's not a hotel.

The room itself was spotless when we arrived, however the kitchen utencils provided were a bit dirty and the towels smelled bad after one use. The location was excellent, the service provided by the reception uncle and housekeeping aunt were excellent. The uncle handled our passports a little too rough when checking us in. The housekeeping aunt was always keen to help, provided us with medicines when we got sick and helped us a lot overall. They provided us with two sets of toiletries and towels when we booked a room for three - which is a minus one from amenities. They provided us with drinking water and refreshed our amenities when requested which is a plus one for amenities. Overall a very good stay with kind, warm-hearted hosts.

This felt more like a guesthouse or an apartment hotel. It was a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, and the kitchen was right as you walked in. The room was quite spacious. The location is in the southern part of the city, and there are many convenient small shops nearby.

The location is central to all attractions, making it convenient for walking and offering complete functionality. There are convenience stores and many famous restaurants nearby, yet it's very quiet, so light sleepers don't need to worry about noise at night. Water, laundry service, and daily room cleaning are provided. I recommend it to everyone, especially if you don't like noise but still want to experience the city's nightlife; this place is perfect!

This is my second time booking this hotel, and it's an excellent value for money option. The room is quite spacious, and it comes with basic kitchenware and water. The bed is comfortable. There are no small towels, only two large ones, no soap, and no kitchen towel, but otherwise everything is fine.

I stayed in this apartment for 6 days and absolutely loved it. The location is excellent, with many cafés and restaurants nearby, making it very easy to find food and drinks. Shopping malls and popular tourist attractions are also within walking distance. The staff are friendly, the facilities are complete, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. I visited the city to participate in the Ho Chi Minh City Marathon 2026, and this apartment is only about a 4-minute walk from the starting point, which was very convenient. There are also many parks within walking distance, making it easy to take my children out to play. I highly recommend this apartment for both vacations and family trips.
