Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh

You can see the river from the room, and there were no strange odors. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, as I could hear noise from the hallway. Overall, it was a good stay. It's also very convenient to get to Japan Town, making it suitable for solo travelers or those with family and friends.

The bed was comfortable, the water was hot enough, and all the facilities were practical. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel's location is excellent, and it's quiet at night. The hygiene is acceptable, but the service really falls short. On the last day, I had arranged for a late check-out, but suddenly a hotel staff member just opened the door and walked into my room, asking why I hadn't checked out yet. They didn't even bother to knock first. I'm extremely disappointed by this.

The room was spacious and bright, and I really liked the floor-to-ceiling windows. Housekeeping cleaned daily and did a thorough job. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted good. The minibar had everything you could possibly need.

The hotel is very close to the canal and conveniently located for transportation. Definitely choose a room with breakfast. They don't offer luggage assistance to rooms, but they do have luggage storage at the front desk, which is great if you have multiple bags.
