The booking confirmation clearly stated the maximum occupancy allowed for the room. Your reservation was originally made for 7 guests, but upon arrival your group consisted of 9 adults and 1 child. As the actual number of guests exceeded both the reservation details and the room's standard occupancy, an additional guest fee was applied in accordance with our published policy.Regarding the room size, the dimensions shown on our listing accurately reflect the actual room size.
