Cozrum Homes with many names are very good apartments.In room we have everything we need.

It was self check and took long time to get check in instructions. No staff to help. Torn and old towels. Even the floor was torned. This is very bad.

Nice place, though parking is not available. It's a smart hotel facilities.

Service: 1. Lack of responsibility: There is no notice from the booking that The CozrumHomes is the self-service. Even, I already sent the message that ‘I’ll check in at 2pm’ but there is no response and give the information 2. Lax process and lack of professionals in service: When I came to the place, the hotline number too hard to contact. After adding the Zalo, the admin got the booking number but couldn’t check which branch I'm staying at! 3. Lack of flexibility in handling matters: Because there is no notification, so when arrived at the Cozrum Saphera, have to wait for the checking booking, after that the admin will send the code to open the door, and have to take pictures the Passport and send to the admin Zalo for the verification! All the steps were wasted time! It’ll be save the time if they call the customer for the confirmation and collect the documents before the check-in time! Room: The floor got so many cracks, and have the smoking smell

I stayed at this hotel twice, there is something to tell! I will write the pros and cons, so that it is clear whether you should stay here or not. I will start with the PROS: 1. This hotel has its own kitchen area in each room, it is small, but in general, if you do not want to spend money on a cafe or just like home-cooked food, then this is the place for you ☝🏻 there is a single-burner induction stove, a microwave, a multicooker, a kettle, a refrigerator. Also, of course, utensils for cooking (a frying pan, a saucepan) 2. Here you will not be bothered with daily cleaning (perhaps for someone this will be a minus, but for me it is a plus, since in other hotels, most often, I was woken up every morning with an insistent desire to clean my room). If you stay in this hotel for a long time, they will clean your place every 4 days (there is one nuance here, which I will write in the minuses) 3. Very good location. The street is not noisy, calm, 7 minutes walk to the grocery store, about the same to the pharmacy, there are at least two good cafes nearby. Not far away is the local Walking Street with bars, clubs and other entertainment venues, if you suddenly want to hang out. 4. Responsive staff. When you check into this hotel, they communicate with you via WhatsApp, send detailed information about the location of the hotel, how to get there, how to get the key to the room, etc. You can also contact them through this contact if necessary for help. I had a case when I checked into this hotel for the second time, the kettle did not work in the morning. I wrote about it in WhatsApp and literally in 30 minutes everything was fixed and I was happily drinking tea👍🏻 5. You don't need to buy water, there is a cooler in the lobby, and in your room there is a glass bottle in which you can fill up your water at any time. CONS: 1. The very nuance that I talked about in the second point in the pros. Yes, they will clean your room, BUT! You must 100% be at home when the rooms are cleaned, otherwise you will have to clean yourself. Or you can inform in advance that you want the room cleaned, but this is a paid service, you will find out about it in the check-in instructions. 2. This is an eco-hotel. This is not a minus, rather a plus, BUT! The water here is heated by a solar battery. On my second visit there were no problems with the water, it was always a pleasant temperature. But on my first visit I was less lucky: every time I went to the shower I was hardened🥲 Maybe it wasn't the sunniest weather then, I don't remember exactly, but I was cold to wash myself🥲 3. This hotel doesn't have the newest bed linen and towels. They are, of course, clean, but unfortunately, both on the first visit and on the second I came across towels with stains that simply can't be washed off. The same with bed linen. In general, I will most likely continue to stay at this hotel, there aren't many downsides, there may not be any at all, it just happened that way for me.

Yesterday, due to a delayed flight and a car grab to a hotel, I was delayed in checking in very late and mistakenly chose a hotel with no service. The situation was terrible! All in all, I stepped on a big thunder and left a very bad impression.

I have already stayed at the Cozrum chain. This property is generally similar to other hotels in this chain. For me, automatic check-in is convenient, there were no problems with check-in, I got into my room in 5 minutes. This hotel has a convenient location. Quiet street, 5 minutes away everything you need - food, pharmacy, public transport. Bun Vien Street is a 15-minute walk if you want to party. There are no large supermarkets nearby. The room matches the photo, but in reality it needs cosmetic repairs: stains and stains on the walls, laminate flooring is cracked in places. Everything in the kitchen area is in working order, I was preparing food for breakfast. The staff should promptly replace kitchen utensils - the frying pan is scratched, the knife is broken and easily separates from the handle, one mug is without a handle. The room has an iron and hairdryer, I didn't use them, but they looked okay. There is a washer and dryer on the top floor. The maid said that they can be used after 17.00. I used the washing machine 3 times with my powder. The dryers were busy, you had to dry things as best you could, there was no rope or dryer either in the room or upstairs. Cleaning every three days, change bed linen, towels, wash floors and plumbing fixtures. The balcony is not washed, so there is a dirty floor and a bunch of bulls in pots instead of flowers. It would be great if it was clean and there were flowers. I contacted support twice, both times they answered and resolved the issue quickly. Wi-Fi is ok, suitable for video calling and watching movies. Overall, this is good housing in the range of up to $20 for District 1. With such a set of amenities, I couldn’t find a better deal.
