Saigon Pink Hotel

There is a bar beside the hotel so expect noise up to 11pm. The staff informed us before checkin. But actually the room we got was not so bad. we even danced to their music haha

★☆☆☆☆ I was very disappointed with my stay at Saigon Pink Hotel. My room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. When I asked about it, I was told that housekeeping would only clean the room if I specifically requested it. This was never explained during check-in, and I don’t think guests should have to discover this only after their room has gone uncleaned for days. What made the experience worse was the customer service. The staff member I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, showing little concern for resolving the issue or apologizing for the inconvenience. A more professional and customer-oriented approach would have made a big difference. The location is convenient, but the poor housekeeping communication and lack of helpful service left a negative impression. I won’t be staying here again. And oh, there’s a bar next door so prepare to be partying till late. And WiFi does not work, by the way. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The hotel is a bit older, but the location is excellent—very close to The Cafe Apartments and only a few minutes from Saigon Centre. Just outside the hotel, there are lots of cafés and restaurants, which made finding food and coffee very easy. We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor with a window, though it faced a wall. Since the hotel is near bar/restaurant, it can get a little noisy at night until around midnight, but we appreciated that the staff informed us about this right away during check-in, so we were prepared. Overall, a good choice if you want to stay in a central and convenient location.
