Easy check in and check out process.  Walking distance to most of the area quite convenient for me as a first timer in HCM and solo traveller.  From toiletries to hair dryer to mini fridge, it’s quite completed given the price of the hotel.

Excellent spot, quiet at night. Any issues that came up were resolved properly by the attendant. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located, flexible with check in times. Not particularly inviting or helpful front desk. Rooms are very dated with thin walls, able to hear all street noises. Don't recommend street facing.

Bad service and bad staff. Price is high for that quality of rooms

Room is old and slight cigarette smell. Furniture and fittings are worn out. Walk is dirty. Bedside lamp and toilet exhaust fan are totally out. 2 baby cockroaches were my roommates. House keeping shouting across along outside room walkway and their loud walkie talkie voices will definitely wake you up from 8am. Staying in rooms on the 6th and 7th floor around the staircase area will be woken up by old machinery loud operating and banking noises from 7am.

Not the best but by far not the worst. Good staff. Top receptionist. At the beginning it was dirty. Due to the short notice from the app they didn't have the rooms anymore. So they gave us other rooms which obviously they weren't able to clean properly before. But the next day they did an excellent job and it was super clean. They even changed the from the beginning a bit dirty sheets even If we didn't complain about that. Book a day or a few before and you won't do anything wrong with this hotel.

I would not consider staying at this hotel again. The lack of basic hygiene was extremely disappointing, with noticeable stains on the bed linen that were both unsightly and unhygienic. Furthermore, the room I had booked and paid for was not initially provided to me, leading to multiple complaints to both the reception and Trip.com. Only after persistent follow-ups was I finally given the correct room. Despite the owner's attempts to make amends with gifts, my overall experience was marred, leaving me relieved to depart from this establishment.
