Everything was as per the price! Reasonably clean, but in need of renovation. The location is excellent. There's a 7/11 nearby, and all attractions are within walking distance.

The name change from Nicecy to Gia Vien was a little confusing at first, especially as there are several Nicecy hotels in HCMC.
Other than that, I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
