Really enjoyed staying here. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team was very welcoming. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Breakfast had plenty of options and tasted fresh. A solid choice for any traveler.

I came for the large swimming pool, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's convenient for both taxis and ordering takeout, close to everything. The hotel breakfast is also good, offering great value for money.

Very noisy location, near hospital, Ambulance and just high volumes traffic in general , on first day one of the team barged into our room he even broke the chain latch quietly swept under carpet, then I call ed room service for some ear buds and was told the hotel doesn’t use them, but the next day one of the other staff gave some to my partner, so lying to a paying guest because your to lazy is ok, the next day the room was not cleaned , not sure what the reason was , because non was given. Didn’t matter because at this stage I decided to leave and moved to a better place, a condo for one third of the price. This is a management issue, some the staff are very helpful and kind. Oh, the CUSTOMER RELATION guy, don’t bother, when I was complaining about the room not been cleaned, he quietly slipped away. For $130 AUD , you can stay in a top 5 star hotel , this one is no more than a 3 star. Max Rosano PS Pic is of accommodation, at third of the price.

Fantastic Stay at Lotus Saigon Hotel – A Hidden Gem in Ho Chi Minh City! We recently stayed at the Lotus Saigon Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring one of the softest, most luxurious beds I’ve ever slept in—I truly felt like a princess! While the bathroom was a bit dated, it was clean, and the overall comfort of the room more than made up for it. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and we loved that we could choose to dine inside or outside for a more relaxed atmosphere. The highlight of our stay, however, was the stunning swimming pool with its breathtaking views of Saigon’s skyline. We even enjoyed a delicious lunch by the pool, which was the perfect way to unwind. If you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel with great service, a fantastic pool, and a cozy atmosphere, the Lotus Saigon Hotel is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

Good location and helpful staff. But the hotel is too old. Have option to early check in at 7am with additional 50% on top of hotel booking rate.

Very clean, and hospitable staff. Allowed us a lot of leway with managing difficulty we had with other bookings, and friends having a difficult time arriving. Worthwhile stay - just a little expensive.

Unhappy Stay Experience I'm writing this review to share my extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. I booked a premium room with a balcony, hoping for a relaxing experience, but it turned into a nightmare. The room itself was not what I expected. The balcony was almost completely taken up by a large, noisy air conditioning unit, which made the space unusable. Inside, the bed and desk were covered in what looked and smelled like mold. It was truly unpleasant. But the most frustrating part was the terrible service. I called the front desk to ask for a 15-minute late check-out because my daughter was using the bathroom, and the front desk agent was completely inflexible. They told me I could only have 5 minutes and threatened to charge me for an entire extra night if I didn't check out immediately. It was incredibly unhelpful and rude. The customer service was shockingly poor. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good location, good breakfast and nice service. The room is bit old, and toilet get obstructed. The charged water from the fridge that was not mentioned anywhere. Anyway positive in general.

I LOVED it here. FANTASTIC breakfast! Staff were friendly and polite. Hot bellman couldn’t do enough to help. Really easy to get a Grab motorbike to drive you somewhere. Walking distance of the pink church. I stayed here for 5 nights and had a great room! Thank you very much! Definitely would stay here again. Excellent wi-fi and lovely hot showers!

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is great, and the breakfast has a few decent options. Although the hotel is a bit old, the friendly and helpful staff made it enjoyable. Overall, a solid choice!

A fairly good stay, rooms a little dated but comfortable and clean with good AC. 20 minutes walk from Independence Palace and the War Museum. Breakfast was OK without being spectacular. Nice views from the rooftop swimming pool particularly in the evening.

This is an older 4-star hotel with a large property but outdated facilities and a rather remote location. However, it offers good value for money. If modern decor is important to you, you might want to look elsewhere.
