Hotel is in Chinatown, very convenient, lots of eateries within 500m. Hoa Binh wet market is about 500m away. Breakfast is adequate, bed is kind of hard though. Overall, not a bad experience.

The facilities and decor of **Dong Khanh Hotel** (located in the Chinese-Vietnamese community as recommended by Doubao) are quite ordinary, comparable to a budget hotel in China, but at a higher price. The breakfast is decent. Although Doubao and the hotel's service introduction mentioned Chinese-speaking staff, there was actually no one.

My stay was terrible. They charged a deposit, the hotel facilities are old, and the Wi-Fi was completely unusable. Even after reporting it, it still didn't work, which seriously affected my work. I even had to go out in the rain to find internet access. An extremely bad experience.

Decent hotel

Central location in District 5, close to many restaurants and very clean. However, the interior is a bit run down.

No facilities at all. The front desk staff were friendly but didn't speak Chinese. I stayed for 3 days and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was pretty much the same every day, maybe because I stayed too long. It's convenient that you can store your luggage at the hotel after check-out.

Breakfast was ok, has an eggs station, pho. Lots of fruits. Slightly different everyday, food was ok, not too fresh or old. Rooms were ok, AC with beds that were comfortable. Place is a bit dated, like back in the 90's or something like that, could use an update. Lobby couch and sofa could use a cleaning. At night, I noticed people laying down on them watching their phones? I think they are staff, can be more professional here. For the price, it is fair.

The Wi-Fi was highly unstable While its location is excellent and the building itself is spacious, everything inside seems to be a hodgepodge of second-hand items, creating a pervasive sense of disharmony throughout..For example, the bed was large, but the pillows were pitifully small. The design of the bathroom is highly uncoordinated. The sink is quite small, yet the surrounding space is vast. The bathtub is spacious, but the showerhead is extremely basic, offering only a single water flow setting with very low water pressure. Strangely, there's a large wired telephone mounted above the toilet, which itself is oddly sized, resembling one meant for children. I was constantly worried that my bottom might touch the water inside the toilet bowl. Moreover, the toilet seat is installed crookedly. It gives the impression that the hotel just randomly purchased a bunch of items and assembled them without considering whether they were a good fit or not. The chefs preparing breakfast fried eggs and noodles were very attentive, and the food she was made delicious.

Convenient location, nice hotel environment, comfortable and well-equipped rooms.
