Overall so far so good, nice location for the area but quite noisy along the street

A very convenient hotel. The location is excellent for visiting Japan Town in Ho Chi Minh. Plenty of authentic Japanese food around. Linh Cherry is nearby. Plenty of massage parlours around.

Location is good where food and many restaurants around the area. Hotel is acceptable for the price.

It's an average hotel, it was a busy period but the hotel is good for location and has what you need.

Booked the suite room . Guy at the counter have me a normal room. I have to go down and tell him I book a suite before changing. Beware . Water was weaker than my pee. I have to bathe somewhere else

This is my second stay here. It's right on Japan Street, which makes eating and drinking incredibly convenient. It's also easy to get anywhere from here, and it's only 800 meters from a large shopping mall. Honestly, staying here is the most convenient option when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel is in the best location of the city centre, where I can go to almost all the tourist destinations within walking distance or travel on a taxi or through Grab in a very short distance. The staff is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. They cater for all our needs including change of room and giving us advice to sight seeing spots and tours. Very recommendable to anyone who would like to visit Ho Chi Minh City.

I've stayed in this hotel for 9 days. The receptionist was friendly. But the days go by and after 3rd or 4th day the cleaner lady started to give me attitude like i can't wake up late. Also, refilling the shower gel clearly not friendly vibe. The cap was left opened, left multiple cleaning items during the days in my room. Overall, if you are just hanging around its good, since I was working in my room I wouldn't recommend as a business travel.

Even without a window, this hotel offers incredible value for money. The breakfast was plentiful, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the sleeping environment was wonderfully quiet. As our first hotel after a red-eye flight into Ho Chi Minh City, it provided us with excellent rest and a great breakfast! We're extremely satisfied 👍 It offers much better value and service than the Roseland Corp Hotel next door!

I booked a room with 2 beds and they gave me a room with one bed stating it was an upgrade. They lied it wasn't an upgrade

The facilities are a bit old! But it's right around the corner from Japan Street! The beef brisket pho for breakfast was delicious!
