We booked 3 nights in standard room with windows, but the window facing into the stairwells, so it really is a room with no windows.
Anyway, the bed and room is fairly comfortable once we get used to the room. There is enough shelf and cupboard to store and put away your stuffs that you don't feel clutter.
This is a family owned mini hotel type, that are looked after reasonably well by the owner.
The hotel is right opposite Takar plaza with clean and air-conditioning food market.
Complementary Breakfast is typical eggs and baguette or noodle soup with Vietnamese coffee.
I would pay more to get triple room with actual windows an more spaces, if we want to stay on pham ngu lao Street.

The staff so friendly. Location was great.
The room facing the street was so noisy.
They had prepared 5 single beds for a family of 5, which was funny for a family with parents.
The family room has a window to the inside the corridor with the light on throughout the night, so the room was not completely dark at night. So we couldn’t get enough rest. We didn’t like the breakfast, only bread, egg, coffee and some banana.
Wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is excellent and all major attractions are easily accessible. Nearby is a busy street with cafes and bars. The staff is friendly. There is a modest breakfast, but it was enough for us. Cleaning and change of towels every day, the room is clean. When booking it was stated that the window looked out onto the garden, but in fact it looked out onto the wall of the neighboring house. The air conditioner works. But the room smelled very strongly of tobacco smoke, apparently one of the neighbors smoked. Since I have allergies, it was very bad. The staff advised me to wait another day and close the shower door. Unfortunately, this was impossible, because the handle on the door was broken. You can stay for a couple of days, given the convenient location.

The breakfast we had on the 7th floor with a nice view was simple, consisting of coffee, bread, eggs, and bananas, but it was enough for us.
And the best location.
I was disappointed that I couldn't watch YouTube on the TV, but the WiFi was fast.
