S79 My My Hotel

This hotel is truly basic. There was a smell of mold and dampness in the room, and no window. For the price, we could have found a much better hotel. We were just passing through for 4 days, but I'd only stay in a place like this for one night. The staff were friendly and ready to help with everything, which is a plus.

We booked two rooms based on the reviews, but ended up regretting it. There was a lot of mold and a strong smell from it. The rooms were quite noisy, and weren't cleaned for two days. We ended up moving to another hotel. We asked Trip.com for a refund for the remaining days, and they directed us to the hotel staff, who then directed us back to Trip.com. The guy at the reception was friendly, no complaints there. We chose the hotel based on reviews, and they are clearly fake here. The negative experience was caused more by Trip.com's service than by the hotel itself. I'm sure the reviews there are manipulated.

The room was tiny, windowless, and wasn't cleaned once during our six-day stay. The sheets and duvet covers weren't changed between guests, they were filthy! I definitely won't be staying here again!

The accommodation had a convenient location and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly, and it was a great base for visiting nearby temples and enjoying local food. We were also very satisfied with the Can Gio tour booked through the hotel; the instructions were clear and the itinerary went smoothly. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Everything about this hotel is bad, from the staff's attitude and behavior to the dirty rooms. It's untidy, filthy, and there were even insect egg clusters that no one cleaned up until I mentioned them. Housekeeping never came once during my entire stay, even though I requested it at the very beginning. Just dirt and disrespect. I highly do not recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located in the 10th arrondissement, a clean and quiet room, attentive staff, and a well-organized excursion to Kutna Hora made the trip comfortable. The nearby markets, cafes, museum, and shopping center made daily strolls easy.
