The hotel is located right above Bui Vien Walking Street and the rooms are not soundproof at all. You’ll hear loud music and noise from the bars below throughout the night, making it very difficult to rest. Unfortunately, there were also baby cockroaches found in the room, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the photos shown in the hotel listing look different from the actual.

The location is right across from Walking Street, so it gets noisy late at night. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to skip this one. The cover photo in the app is not what the hotel actually looks like. The real hotel is narrow with a massage parlor downstairs; I don't know where they got that picture from. We chose a superior room, but when we opened the door, it was so cramped, much smaller than in the pictures. If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared. Other than that, the service was just average.

Disappointed Stay – Not as Advertised The location is great, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room looked nothing like the photos—it was much smaller and felt uncomfortably cramped. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and the towels provided were not clean. At night, the entire place felt eerie and unwelcoming, almost like something out of a ghost story. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Room was very different from the picture, layout and size all seem abit deceiving. Front desk gave me an attitude when I ask about it. He said that all the rooms are booked and if I’m not happy with the room, I can move somewhere else. I ended up paying extra for other hotels as it was a last minute booking. Trip.com did not give solutions and it did 2 days to resolve the problem. Honestly destroyed my holiday thoroughly.

The location is great, right at the entrance of Bui Vien Walking Street. However, at night, you can hear the music from the bars, which might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. The room and overall environment are quite average, nothing too fancy but decent for a short stay.
