The apartment where we stay needs some maintenance. However, we stayed there only for one day, so it was ok for us. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the view. If you’re lucky enough to get the high floor, you would enjoy the view.

Facilities: A bit old, but still perfectly functional. Hygiene: Very good, spotless. Location: Very close to the airport, just a 10-15 minute walk. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and you'll pass a FamilyMart convenience store. Service: Very satisfied. The front desk staff's English wasn't great, but they used translation software, so communication was no problem. Overall, I was very satisfied and even extended my stay for an extra night.

Location was great for the airport, it was cheap but still not sure it was worth it. Really old, no signal within rooms and free WiFi is slow. Only 50K to get to the airport on grab, but other reviews mention you can walk. They provide a kettle, but no cups (other than glasses) to drink hot drinks out of. We paid extra for a window but the window was into a store cupboard? What's the point? I'd just look at other hotels, I know it's just a quick pitstop hit for a few extra quid you can get much better.

The room had a damp, musty smell when I opened the door, but everything was there. For just over 100 RMB, it was fine for a few hours' sleep before an early flight, definitely better than staying at the airport. It's much better value for money compared to the Ibis next door. There's a street food stall nearby that sells hot wonton noodles for under 10 RMB, which was decent. I walked to the airport in 13 minutes, but it wasn't an easy walk with a suitcase. I had to dodge cars and use my phone for navigation, so I had to be careful the whole way.

The service was excellent; the front desk staff, both male and female, were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The location is fantastic, right next to Ho Chi Minh International Airport, just a ten-minute walk away. Be sure to avoid any unofficial ride-sharing services; I got ripped off 200,000 VND that way! The room conditions are basic but complete, with a mini-fridge stocked with drinks, slippers, toiletries, and towels. For the very affordable price, it's definitely great value for money. Overall, it's perfect for travelers staying short-term or in transit in Ho Chi Minh!
