A25 Hotel’s location was perfect — just a short walk from the market and shops. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Check-in was smooth, breakfast was scrumptious every morning, and every interaction felt personal.

Great staff, always helpful, room was clean and tidy everyday. Lots of extra help when requested.

First, when we walked into the hotel, there was a strong sewer-like smell. It may have been due to the humidity, lack of air conditioning, or a plumbing issue, but it definitely didn't smell like a nice hotel. The staff, however, were amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was disappointing. There wasn't much variety, and the food was served cold with very little flavor. It felt like there wasn't much effort put into it. Next time, I would skip the breakfast altogether. My room was okay. It wasn't the cleanest, but considering the price and the excellent location, it was acceptable. Overall, the biggest positives were the wonderful staff and the great location. The hotel has potential, but it could definitely improve its cleanliness, breakfast, and the unpleasant odor in the common areas.

The room is a little bit small compared to the other hotels we have stayed in Siagon. But the cleanliness and amenities are perfect.

Stayed for one night- Had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and calm. I believe the elevator needs some maintenance.
