Rooms are clean and good location, we again extended our stay. Housekeeping crew are great.

Very nice location, near ben than market. Safe street and the rooms are clean, beds are comfy, room service and breakfast buffet were awesome. Staffs were also nice. Food selection was really good i got Pho every morning and I miss their yoghurt. We stayed here for a week and its a good hotel for the price. Ill def come back when im in ho chi minh again!

Stayed for 3 nights at Aluna Hotel. Location is good just a walking distance to Ben Than Market and easy to get halal food and nearby restaurants.

Good place and humble staff hotel It's ok

Stay for one night. The room was okay. But a bit slow service during check in. Arrived hotel at 4pm but need to wait almost 1 hour to get the room.

had an awful experience at Aluna Ben Thanh Hotel. The bathroom didn’t even have a proper showerhead, and the water flow was so minimal that taking a shower was nearly impossible. To make matters worse, the water wasn’t hot. When I called the service desk, they told me to wait 10 minutes for the water to heat up, but it never did. I requested a room change, but the staff claimed the hotel was fully booked, even though rooms were still available online. Their refusal to help and lack of honesty were incredibly frustrating. This stay completely ruined my holiday. I’ll never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I checked out next day and they didn't even refund me for extra nights booked further. I saw reviews of people saying that this place charges for small things. Saw a detailed priced list inside the room. Never seen in any hotel. They will make you pay and you end up losing more.

Aluna located very near to the popular Ben Thanh market. There are many eateries nearby and just cross the road there is a popular cafe. Room is spacious and clean. The staff all are friendly and helpful. They keep my bags in their luggage room for free. Breakfast was simple. They have breads, fried rice, porridge, egg and noodle station.

This hotel locate very good location. But the service is very bad. The staffs are not friendly even receptionist. At the restaurant in the morning, the staffs make fun to each others and very noisy. This hotel seems in a group of Cochin Hotel Group. Maybe this one for a low budget. A lot of Muslim tourist or businessman. The building is old building but just renovated. They don’t fix it even have a big stand of water licking.

The staff offered to pick up our luggage when we arrived, the receptionist also texted about the difficulty to get driver on their independence day celebration and offered chartered taxi service. Room was okay, a bit dusty but acceptable. It's in the city centre and near to attractions.

Nice Hotel

It is located close to the central market (Ban Thanh Market) but the interior inside the room was a bit old.
