Hotel is located nearby good restaurants (Hellas, Ciao Bella) and red district bars. Room is spacious, breakfast is various and great. Lobby personal is pleasant and helpful. Bathtub doesn't look new, pool doesn't look clean enough and small to swim. Beware of street noise, exchange rate at reception wasn't good as nearby place.

Service was above and beyond. Room was divine and bed and pillow so comfortable. Can’t wait to go back! Buffet Breakfast was superb, so many options. Close to markets, only a 15 minute walk. Many restaurants close by, shopping centres close by. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel is definitely different with its traditional Vietnamese furniture and old world charm. I would say the rooms are in a slight need of a facelift but booking this type of hotel you know you are not going to get a modern 5 star property. One things is for certain that the service level from all staff we encountered is fantastic. They were helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location wise, it's pretty good as it's just a couple minutes walk from some of the bigger malls. Convenience store opposite the road and some nice restaurants just outside. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated but some visible wear and tear (e.g. floor boards). The bathtub in the room felt a little brittle creaking as you step on it. Because it isn't sealed to the wall, the floor gets pretty wet after a shower. The jacuzzi pool didn't look the cleanest and the chemicals in the water caused me to tear quite badly. Breakfast has a decent spread and staff overall pretty friendly! Will consider staying again!

This place blew me away. Like all of the other reviews, the pictures simply don’t do it justice. From the pick up at the airport to the drop off, the service here was at another level and I would rate it y stars on a scale of 2 tom5. The breakfast was mid bending.. the club fir drinks and snacks was like a frozen oasis out of the heat and hustle of Saigon. I can’t say enough about our visit. I have stayed at 100s of LHW hotels and this one ranks in the top five of anywhere in the worl. We had a gran suite thst was the size of a ballroom, amazing bathroom and seating area, great location, we will be back. Thank you very much for a great visit.
