First of all, I would like to specifically recognize Ms Mai Anh, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care exhibited by Ms Mai Anh exceeded my expectations and made my experience truly memorable. From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. From the front desk personnel to the staff at Bamboo Restaurant, everyone demonstrated a high level of professionalism and ensured that the hotel maintained a welcoming and comfortable environment. The exceptional service I received at Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort truly made a difference in my overall experience. I felt valued as a guest, and the attention to detail exhibited by the hotel staff elevated my stay to a whole new level. This food at Bamboo Restaurant was splendid, and the service at the restaurant was exceptional. My compliments to the chef and restaurant staff. Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort is the only place I want to stay if I visit Mai Chau again. I’ll be coming back here again!

I can't say enough about the Melia at BaVi. It was Fantastic!! The rooms were really nice, the food excellent, the surroundings beautiful. But it was the service that set it apart. All of the staff went out of their way to serve to their utmost. They prepared our room with complimentary food and decorations for our anniversary. They picked us up in a cart when it was raining. They arranged our last minute massages to meet our needs. And they were kind and helpful with our children. Absolutely wonderful!

I stayed in a very new and clean villa, equipped with amenities like a regular house, with a swimming pool, kitchen, large bathroom and bathtub. However, at that time, the hotel did not operate accompanying services such as boating or fishing, so there were no activities. The hotel also did not notify us in advance that they were not operating even though I mentioned these activities when asking. consultation before booking. So even though the space was beautiful, the family's experience was quite boring and felt it was not worth the cost. We hope the hotel will improve and be more clear with guests.
