we stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. a nice little area outside to sit and chill aswell. The owner was a very very lovely and helpful man and his lovely family. he offers motorbike rentals and help with onward travels. the location is very good aswell, just a 30 second walk off of the main street with restaurants clothe shops etc. for the price you cannot complain and would recommend for those who are on a budget.

The hotel has a good location, but unfortunately it was not very clean.

The hotel was nice, the location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did book a room that had a “lake view”, but our room didn’t, but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. Would recommend

Good place for budget travel. The free breakfast is great with genuine Vietnamese Coffee and Fresh Juice. 10/10 will book again.

This is maybe the nicest homestay I’ve ever been to. The bed, room, bathroom are all very nicely done. The family is also very kind. Would stay here again!

Excellent and economical stay at Heart of the City. The Owners are very nice people and it's recommended for Family, Singles and couples. They provide decent Breakfast in the morning and Laundry is also available at very reasonable rates. Overall Excellent Value for Money experience.

This was my first time to stay in a Homestay and Tuan Minh didn't disappoint me. One of the good accommodation in Tam Coc, Ninh Binh. ❤️

All that very good and cleaning

Was a really goodd homestay!

A warm and friendly welcome, and the stay was in line with the price: don't expect a spotless room. However, it was sufficient for one night and acceptable.

The photo does not correspond to reality. The owners are very nice and pleasant people.

Pros: Overall quite a positive experience, cleanliness not excellent (I think they never cleaned under the beds). Simple but good breakfast. Very kind staff, they put us in a room larger than the one booked. We rented the scooter with them, reasonable price. In the room there is a fan and air conditioning. Cons: Cleaning to be improved for dust and glass. Clean sheets and towels, I'm talking about the cleanliness of the room. Every evening we found at least 2 cockroaches in the bathroom (which probably came out of a hole behind the sink), we were on the first floor (but other guys who were on the 3rd had no problems). There were only two bars of soap and no shower gel. The description says there is a mini fridge but in reality no room has one. On the website there is a photo of a swimming pool that does not belong to the structure. For the price paid it was good.

In terms of price, it is not bad value for money. Breakfast is provided at a low price. The location is a bit far from Tam Coc Lake, but it is within walking distance.

The furnishings were simple but neat, although the room couldn't really be heated (we were there during the cold season).
