Very nice authentic hotel in the middle of Hobart. Very friendly stuff, comfortable bed and delicious continental breakfast

Lovely room, service and breakfast. Great Heritage Hotel convenient parking great facilities and location. Friendly staff. Had biscuit with coffee free in rooms a lovely toiuch most hotels used to do that so nice the hotel still is. Good comfy beds, bathroom and toiletries excellent. Highly recommended this hotel. Nice wine bar at night. Lovely china and a delightful sitting room.

A charming historic landmark right on Macquarie Street- close to all landmark interests. I got upgraded to room 6 which was quite comfortable in size. Bed was comfy and nice bathroom. Breakfast is excellent- and included with my booking. Holly and staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. I went on a Bruny Tour - pickup nearby and saw the albino wallabies!

It's pretty good, convenient for getting around, but it's an old house and the facilities are a bit outdated.

The sanitation is good, and the facilities are preserved in the style of the late 19th century. Although old, they are still interesting and the sanitation is good. There are only three floors in total, and there is no elevator. Although I was upgraded to a room type for free and the room was introduced in detail, no one at the front desk helped me carry the suitcase. There are stairs at the door and a parking lot below.

The room provided by this hotel was so bad. The toilet in the room was connected to the room, so I couldn't use the toilet in the middle of the night, otherwise the loud pumping sound would disturb my sleep. In addition, the room I booked had 4A paper on the wall. The room felt uncomfortable at first glance. It looked like a temporary pavilion (a storage space next to the stairs). It felt very bad. . I don’t know if it’s a problem with Ctrip or the hotel. Please reply.

The house is over 170 years old and is relatively well-maintained. However, there are inevitable inconveniences of old houses, such as the lack of an elevator. Hygiene: It is quite clean and overall refreshing. Service: The front desk closes at 5 o'clock, and the key is in the password box. You can ask for the password by sending an email or calling the phone on the door. Two breakfasts were given, which were quite rich, including croissant yogurt, fruit coffee, etc.

Except for the breakfast which was a bit unsatisfactory. Everything else is pretty good, but parking requires an extra $20. The reception has a strong sense of service.
