The hotel's amenities are probably top-notch for an Ibis in Australia, and the room was neat and clean. The air conditioning in our first room wasn't working, and Mr. Amin was incredibly kind and proactive in helping us. He provided a Dyson fan to address the issue and promptly followed up on the room's temperature. When he learned it still wasn't resolved, he consulted his supervisor to arrange a room change. He also helped us with our luggage and moved the original fan to the new room as a backup. I felt like this level of service was on par with The Ritz, and I was deeply touched. Thank you, Mr. Amin.

Service is as good as Service can be, affordable price making it excellent value. Gym facilities, pool and sauna are clean and fresh

The lobby is grand! The environment is lovely! The facilities are excellent! The staff are outstanding! The shuttle bus to and from the airport is conveniently located right outside the hotel entrance. I'll definitely bring my friends here again next time!

We stayed twice at the Ibis and we enjoyed it a lot! It is well located in Macquarrie street, just minutes from Cafes and shops. The waterfront is only 1 k away also where you will find lots of great cafes and restaurants! The rooms are clean with modern amenities. Very comfy beds! The lap pool is located on the third floor with views of the city and bay! Pretty amazing views if you are lucky enough to score a room overlooking the city/bay! The staff are generally friendly and attentive. I would recommend if you're looking for a well priced, clean and modern hotel room! 

Everything was absolutely great: the location in the city center, the cleanliness and housekeeping were superb, the view from the 9th floor was fantastic, the pool was huge, there were saunas, a gym, relaxation areas, a buffet breakfast for an extra charge, convenient parking nearby for an extra charge, and the staff were responsive. The room had everything needed, including a kettle, tea, and coffee.

I booked a twin room and stayed here twice. The first time, I was on the ground floor in a standard twin room. The facilities were complete, and while the room was small, it was very clean. There was no view from the window, just the ground floor platform. The second time, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, with a view of the sky from the window. However, it was laid out for disabled access, and the bathroom flooded after a shower. Also, one of the 'twin beds' was actually a makeshift mattress, so one of the two adults didn't sleep well. When I asked to change rooms, I was told the hotel was fully booked and no changes could be made, which I was quite unhappy about. On the positive side, the hotel has a scenic pool and sauna on the 5th floor, which is great!

Big rooms. Location somehow reasonable. No toothbrush or shaver provided. Breakfast is reasonable. Some eateries nearby.

Clean hotel. Pleasant front desk staff. Convenient location. Good, varied breakfast options. There's a pool and a gym.

Great location, next door to Travelodge where most tours depart from. Salamanca markets, numerous good restaurants all within walking distance. Good restaurant just downstairs at Mr. Good Guy. Very helpful and friendly staff. They even let us borrow the luggage scale and gave us additional coffee and milk . However, it could get a little noisy at night as we could hear people talking in the hallway. Overall great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely two night stay at the Ibis - loved the location and friendly staff. The sauna and pool are amazing, the parking offsite is close and cheap (for city prices) Well worth co widening!!

We stayed at Ibis Styles Hobart for a total of 5 nights. The room was compact , with comfortable bed and bathroom with rainfall shower. We love the swimming pool and sauna.. The location is great too. Great value for money.

The room was clean, and the hotel had a pool, sauna and gym, which made for a very comfortable stay.

Great location with easy walking access to CBD and the harbour.

This hotel was very nice. However on arrival we had to go to a carpark offsite, even though there was a carpark on site. Very inconvenient, with it being a very small entrance we scuffed the car wheels, and the turning in the carpark was very small to drive up the ramps and past other cars. I think it was an old carpark, small dimensions. The housekeeping didn’t come for two days , had to ask in the end. However, we had a lovely time at the bar eating satay and drinking wine.
