The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location with a fantastic view. There's a small park in front of the hotel with a stunning night view. Dining options are also very convenient. I especially want to mention the service, especially the front desk staff!

The cleanliness is average. There is a layer of dust on the bedside table. The shower does not work well. The water column is scattered and weak. I reported it to the hotel and they sent a maintenance worker to dismantle the shower to clean it and then reinstall it, but it didn't work. I asked to change the room and they said that changing the room is an upgrade and the price difference needs to be added.

There was no hot water and the tv didn’t work. This was my engagement weekend and I wasn’t really apologized to or offered a refund until I pushed and even then, I only got a measly amount of points.

Staff was very gracious and responsive. Bar area was a bit loud, made do with restaurant bar. Room was cozy for two people.

The location was excellent and our view of Manhattan gorgeous. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Hoboken.
