"Descent room with coffee/tea making facilities which is rare these days, so that was a nice surprise. The restaurant had a good menu with a nice selection of local dishes. The breakfast was boring, and not a lot to choose from fx no fresh fruit or vegetables, but the bread was nice. Only filter coffee, nothing to choose between fx cappuccino etc. The hotel was nicely done up for Easter with branches decorated with eggs, flowers etc"

"The husband/wife management team were quite friendly and the service was excellent. And while we enjoyed this boutique hotel we found the price quite high for the amenities offered. We paid around $175 US a night, including taxes and fees. The room was fine but a fan in the room would have gone a long way to making us comfortable in the unexpected heatwave. The breakfast was fine. Great location that allowed us to easily explore Hof. We’d go back and stay at this hotel again if the price were lower. $175 a night is simply too much. "
