This was our second stay at the hotel, and my family was very satisfied. The room was spacious and even had a tea table with a tea set. They also provided vouchers for an afternoon tea experience at the tea house on the first floor, where you could even go to enjoy tea – the ambiance there was wonderful. The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, and the hotel attendants always greeted us when we came and went. It's incredibly close to Saishang Old Street and Jokhang Temple, just a short walk away. Plus, there's a street nearby with more diverse food options that aren't exclusively Mongolian (Mongolian cuisine can be a bit intense for every meal), offering things like congee and noodles.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the attractions. I arrived quite late, but the front desk staff was still waiting, which was really thoughtful. They even upgraded my room for free! I had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

It was decent. There's a big parking lot out front, but it costs 10 yuan per day. The hotel environment was okay, with a tea culture theme. The rooms were spacious, and it's quite close to the old street!

Sheyi Tea Culture Boutique Hotel was more than I expected! The location was great—only about a 5-minute walk to Dazhao Temple and Old Saishang. It’s also right on the main street, which made it very convenient to book a Didi. What I loved most about this hotel was the design. It has an impressive collection of tea culture pieces, almost like a small museum tucked inside a hotel. I especially loved the beautiful wooden details, from the entrance gate to the guest rooms. I also loved the elegant Zen-style floral arrangements in the lobby. They added such a serene and refined touch to the space. Our room was spacious, airy, and very clean, with a large window overlooking Dazhao Temple. There was also a tea table in the room, and fresh tea was replenished every day. If I ever return to Hohhot, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Environment: The room was quite spacious with wooden floors and a tea table, and the tea cabinet was very convenient. It was a good choice for staying with parents. Facilities: I suggest putting up signs for the shower and sink stoppers. I had to ask the front desk to figure out how to use them. The trash can was too small; during peak season, with lots of purchases, there's also a lot of trash. The room lights weren't labeled, which was inconvenient – I had to try them all to see what they controlled. I really didn't expect water scarcity at night during peak season. A hotel in a tourist city without running water, relying on a water tank refill?! Service: The daytime housekeeping staff were very good and patiently answered questions. The front office service was also good, but they were reluctant to tell us how long the water refill would take when the water stopped at night. I don't quite understand why; if they had just been honest and said it would take about half an hour, guests would understand. Waiting without information is definitely not a good experience. The hotel didn't offer welcome fruit. For breakfast, there was no bread or coffee, but the 'shaomai' (steamed dumplings) and lamb offal soup were delicious. I couldn't get used to the 'min dou mian' (mung bean noodles); it wasn't chewy and seemed to be made from potatoes. Hygiene: No issues. Overall, the value for money was decent, especially being close to attractions, but the details still need improvement.

It was alright. There's a big public parking lot, and it's close to the attractions. There's also a pedestrian street and a square right next to it.

The service was excellent. They thoughtfully provided umbrellas when it rained, which was a nice touch. The next day, we even found kids' slippers and toothbrushes (we didn't ask for them, so I guess the housekeeping staff noticed we had children – a great attention to detail!)
