Hohhot Mengyuan Qinsu (East Railway Station Baita Airport)

Unfortunately, this apartment stay did not meet our expectations and was the worst accommodation experience of our first trip to Inner Mongolia. Before arrival, we were only given the address and a room number. There were no check-in instructions, no information on which lobby or lift to use, and no guidance on how to locate the apartment. We had to rely on Google Translate to navigate the building, which was old and confusing, and it took us almost an hour to find the supposed room. To make matters worse, the room number provided was incorrect. When we knocked, we found a family already living there. Thankfully, they were kind enough to help us contact the owner, and another staff member—not the owner—eventually directed us to a different room. The cleanliness was also very disappointing. The sink and refrigerator were dirty, the bathroom flooded every time we showered, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of communication, incorrect check-in information, terrible cleanliness, and uncomfortable facilities made for a very disappointing stay. I hope the owner improves their check-in process and maintenance, as this experience fell far below what was advertised. The pictures listed are not accurate.

Room was looked clean but sheets are not ironed and floor was full of dirt. I asked for sheet change and they changed with same one. When the night came room was full of bugs that can bite you. Atleast net your windows. But view wad nice and there is some places to visit during stay such as inner mongolian museum and big water fountain.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. I especially loved the large windows with plenty of natural light and the cozy layout. The online staff was friendly and helpful, and communication was smooth from check-in to check-out. Location was convenient and everything was well-prepared when we arrived. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area! 👍🏻

It is very clean and kind. I am really love it. I would like to stay here next time.
