Hohhot Dafu Hotel (Train Station Xinhua Plaza Subway Station Branch) Reviews

Overall, my stay at this hotel was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and both the food and service were satisfactory. However, the bathroom facilities had noticeable shortcomings, which affected convenience of use. Generally, the hotel offers decent value for money. If the bathroom issues could be improved, it would be much more competitive. I'd recommend it primarily to guests who are not particularly sensitive to bathroom facilities.

The room was clean and tidy, and the three beds were incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Hohhot city. The hotel is conveniently located, quite close to both the subway station and the train station. The surrounding amenities are also very good; there's an alleyway not far away with many supermarkets and breakfast shops. I had breakfast at a small shop called 'Tudouren Fast Food' – the owner was a big guy with a hearty laugh, and their chive pockets were surprisingly good. The hotel staff, especially the ladies, were generous and enthusiastic. They thoughtfully helped me carry several suitcases into the elevator and patiently showed us how to use the mosquito repellent tablets. However, the hotel facilities could use some improvement. The power outlets were old and there weren't enough of them, so we had to take turns charging our phones. The hallway carpets also looked quite worn, showing the passage of time.

The hygiene was spotless. The facilities were complete. The service, from housekeeping to the front desk, was excellent. The environment was also great.

Stayed in Hohhot for three nights, and the service and environment were both excellent. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision.

The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find, very close to the train station. There are tons of places to eat right outside, making it super convenient to get around. The room was quite clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming.

Very good

Convenient location, right by the subway station. However, I woke up to find a large yellow stain inside the duvet cover. Not sure if it wasn't washed properly or if the previous guest's duvet cover wasn't changed. Either way, after sleeping under it all night, I felt disgusted.

The room was quite clean, but the hallway carpet was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. On the plus side, parking was very convenient.

The hotel is super close to the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. However, the room facilities are quite old, especially the hairdryer – it just made noise but no wind, and it kept cutting out quickly. Since we got back to the hotel in the early hours, we were too tired to bother the front desk, so my hair ended up air-drying naturally.

The room was too damp. Loud chatter from walkie-talkies started early in the morning, which made it hard to get a good night's rest.

I ordered the hotel with breakfast. But, it turns out that they don't serve breakfast. Also, the corridor carpet was so dirty. The towel they gave was disposable towel. The curtain was so dirty. It was white curtain turned into grey cause of dirt. However, the bed was comforyable. The TV remote was not working. It said they have wifi in public areas, but no wifi.

Close to metro station And hohhot railway station. Very good staff and friendly

The rooms are spacious, the service is excellent, and it's very clean. Parking is convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended.
