A beautiful hotel within walking distance from Hoi An Old Town. Very friendly staff who spoke excellent English; it was very clear everyone truly loved Hoi An and wanted us to experience their home. Everyone was welcoming and talked through multiple trips available to us. They also recommended local restaurants and shops which was very helpful! The place was clean and comfy. We loved our stay here and found it easy to learn about the local culture because of the opportunities offered by the lovely staff who work here.

I stayed 3 nights at Hoianese Heritage Hotel and I loved everything about it. The location is unbeatable, rooms are spacious and bright, breakfast is delicious, and the friendly staff takes the experience to a different level! They also offer several tours. I loved their walking city tour and their food tour, but my favorite was the bicycle tour across the island of Cẩm Kim. Our guide was very knowledgeable and took us to some off-the-beaten path places where we had the chance to learn about Hoi An’s rich culture and talk to locals.

We stayed at the Hoianese Heritage Hotel, which is different than the Hoianese Center Hotel. The Heritage is operated by the same company however. The Heritage offered outstanding services and amenities with a budget price. Cheri, Min and Sunny were very helpful and made our family feel welcome. They were always smiling and attentive to all of the guest interactions that I witnessed. I would highly recommend this hotel and would visit again if I had the chance!

Not a bad word to say about this place. Great location not too far away from the centre. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern, spacious, clean and comfortable which for the price honestly felt like a steal! It was very quiet and offers lots of tours or bike hire too should you want to explore yourself. Rosie on reception was wonderful!
