Attutuide of staff performed well and professional attitude, the environment of hotel stationed country side and provided silence and peaceful, free shuttle to Hoian old town and bicycle for fun. It is a remarkable memory.

Incredibly friendly staff in a beautiful hotel. We were treated so well, they made us feel so valued. The bed is comfortable, room decor very pleasing, and it’s in a quiet area. The spa services were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Big room with king size bed. Very comfortable bed. Suitable for a short stay. Simple breakfast. Need to travel to old ancient town by transport (car or bicycle)

Excellent service, there were bikes that we could rent. I had an issue with the bath area though, water was pooling on the floor after every shower and I stubbed by toe at the door bumper, my toe nail almost came off…

Location was great and quiet. Pool was awesome, service was good but front desk took years to check in. I don't understand how I the hell you take more than 20 minutes too check in single family who booked in and paid in advance. Please train your receptionist work faster and more professional matter.
