It’s a little far away from the ancient town.
Room was average and not as nice as pictures shown

Very good reception. Nearby river just go along the river until you find nigh market at night and morning market in the morning. Halal food around the corner. Thus, also many2 halal food around. I love it

Great budget hotel, comfortable bed, strong water pressure and decent breakfast. Location not far from ancient town. Staff is so nice and able to speak good english. She helped us rent motorbike and let us know the road to few places. We will definitely recommend this villa to others.

On arrival the room looked just like the pictures and clean with strong smell of lemongrass from the air freshener, however after removing the air freshener from the room the strong musty smell was evident and we realised the mould showing on the walls. The shower drain was very slow, we reported it but nothing was done about it. The breakfast was very good and the lady from reception very helpful to book activities. But will not go back, at least no to the room we were given.
For the price, it wasn't particularly good value
