Very efficient and helpful service during the stay. Big room, with balcony overlooking the pool. Also a massive bathroom, including a standalone bath! Breakfast was okay as omelettes (and other eggs) were cooked to order, but other items were often cool or not replenished if eating later. There is a fitness room, but it has seen much better days! Pool looked nice however didn’t use it. Location was good - only a short walk to the attractions / hot spots, but faraway to be nice and peaceful, particularly at night time.

Nice stay ! Very close to old town 5 minute walk! Hotel a little dated but spacious, huge patio , comfortable bed and a bathtub with lots of hot water. Would definitely recommend! Would stay there again.

The hotel just located close to the attractive old town, the room was very comfortable and the staff was relativity friendly. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in Hoi An.

Location of the hotel is great, within the Old Town and yet away from the busy noisy stretch. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Quite a decent spread of breakfast buffet as well. The room however doesn’t feel clean at all, the bathroom especially has no windows nor ventilation fans, musty and mouldy inside. Huge bathroom with no door/shower curtain at the shower area.

Good location but very basic hotel. Breakfast was OK but sun beds around the pool were very old and worn out. For a couple of dollars more per night we moved into a 5 star hotel. You can do much better elsewhere.

The view is nice … just 5 min of walking distance can reach the night market… at night got a lot of food to eat ..

Near to ancient town. Perfect location. Sound proof should be improved. Too noisy.

The best experience

The room is spacious, a bit too spacious if it is a river view. I don't know why they leave the door open before the guests enter the room. Housekeeping was not good because the housekeeping room is messy. Breakfast was okay. The good side is the staff are super friendly and the hotel is very near the heritage site.

The staff are nice, but the hotel are old and dirty.

Dirty pillow case and shampoo dispenser not working. Received several nuisance calls early morning. Room number 101

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials . I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Hoi an. Will be back to this place soon
