Superb location, a walk or grab ride away from the old town. The room wasn’t ready for check-in when I reached past 2pm but the staff was very apologetic. Room is clean and of great value for its price point. Only downside is that the bedside socket was a dud, just a face plate but no actual holes. I only realised after trying it futilely for 5mins. Overall a good stay. Would consider staying here again for future Hoi An trips.

Hospitality at its best. First, you can find their number on maps, whatsapp them if you need them to arrange a pickup or anything. They will provide tips and happy to answer your questions even before you arrived days before your trip. It is a boutique style hotel and service is fantastic. Checking in was smooth. Rooms are clean and well designed. Breakfast was sufficient over the 3 nights I stayed. Fried noodles really good but didn't replenish lol. As I understand they may not be full fledged hotels with lots of guests. Coffee is additional charge but with a proper coffee making setup, with good beans, I didn't mind. Bicycles free to use first come first served. Only 1 or 2 with child seat which is useful for me with 5yo. And it is raining throughout mid Oct 25 with typhoon lengthen ramping up, it was low peak season. Cycling is 10mins away to old town. Walk will get you back 20mins. Overall I had a fantastic stay. You can arrange with the local tours too. If you are in a big group, that helps.

Had a fantastic 3 night stay at Vaia Hoi An Boutique. This quaint boutique is a short walking distance to the Hoi An old town and the night market, ideal location for exploring town on foot or by bikes. The deluxe double room was very comfy and well maintained and I had a very quiet room in the back.
Staff were amazing, very approachable, attentive and just friendly. We had a lot of laughs and great memories. Ms Long, Phung and the chef were lovely and they went beyond and above to make my stay an awesome one.
The pool is a welcome feature, especially with the heat.
Room price is really reasonable, highly recommended!

I had a lovely stay at Vaia Hoi An Boutique Hotel. The environment is calm and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The hotel provides free bicycles, which made it fun and convenient to explore Hoi An Ancient Town. The staff and reception were very friendly, spoke good English, and were happy to give directions or recommend food and activities. There’s also a small outdoor pool inside the hotel, great for a quick dip. Breakfast was very simple, with only fried rice, bread, and some fruit. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel doesn’t have a lift, so you’ll need to climb the stairs. Overall, a charming place to stay in Hoi An.

From the moment we arrived at Vaia Hotel Boutique, we were warmly welcomed and treated with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making us feel at home right away. A special thanks to Phuong, whose attentiveness truly stood out—she seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. Her genuine care and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.
While the facilities and breakfast could use a bit of improvement, the overall experience more than made up for it. The personalized service and welcoming atmosphere left a lasting impression, and we genuinely appreciated the hospitality.
Also, they offer car transfer services which is way cheaper than booking from Grab!
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a boutique hotel with heart! 💜

I was generally very happy with my stay. It's a short walk to Old Town Hoi An. The staff was very nice and helpful and friendly. The breakfast is adequate but not extensive. The room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom facilities good although not really much closet space although for a short stay it was ok.

lovely hotel, breakfast selection with fruit, toast, noddle soup, fried rice, and eggs cooked to your preference. We stayed in the junior suite and it was clean and spacious, would recommend! There’s also bikes and umbrellas you can use for free.
