The service is excellent! Very tasty breakfast! The girl at the hotel is as sweet and sincere as possible! She created the mood and attitude towards the city in the very first minutes! For this we are very grateful! We were given fruit as a gift because we are on our honeymoon, the breakfast is very tasty, although modest) here you will feel like beloved guests. The only upsetting thing was the screaming women from the neighboring building, who started talking (screaming) very loudly from 7 in the morning!!!! Right under our window
I also really liked the style of the rooms! And plumbing, shower, faucet, all in the same style)

Ana and all staff were wonderful! Very clean and very comfortable bed! Good breakfast. Great location for street food on the river where the lantern festival is, and for evening market.

The room was really nice and spacious. The shower was good and breakfast was okay. The location was great- very close to the main area of Hoi An but still quiet at night. The downside to our stay was that the staff were quite pushy. They really wanted us to pay for tours and transfers through them and were kind of relentless about it (even sitting with us while we were having breakfast to ask if we'd booked stuff yet). I understand it's a little more forward in Vietnam than we are used to but it was a bit much as we were questioned everytime we went through the lobby.

Very good 3 star hotel! The location is AMAZING!! Perfect spot away from all the tourists and in a beautiful local neighborhood that you can see thenlife of the locals. Just 4 minutes walk to the main streets and old town of Hoi An. All the girls at the reception were super nice! We had a small problem with our aircondition in our first room and the next day the moved us to another one. Whatever we needed they were next to us! The breakfast choices are not so many but just enough. We left happy :)

The staff were lovely and welcoming. They gave us ideas of things to do and offered to book us taxis or arrange trips. The hotel was great and good and excellent value. It was right in the heart of the town and just minutes from the river

Location was great. Just off the beaten path with great restaurants and cafes nearby. An easy walk to the old town and the night market on the way there. The room was decent-sized, clean and comfortable. The hostesses and staff were great. Value was incredible.

Considering all of conditions,it's affordable to stay.
The location was very good and it's very easy to explore to most of the major places on foot.The building was not new but was properly maintained.
Both of the receiptionists are nice and made some arrangements smoothly.I enjoyed the conversation with them.too.
I heard some noise from the next room but it didn't make so much issues.
One thing to raise the negative point is no partaion between my room and the next room at the barchony.
