I'm gonna be honest its just ok because i was having high expectations.usually i dont stay at hotel over $20 a night and this was 25-30 a night depend on which day. everything was just ok include the breakfast there were just some minor things

The staff provided excellent service, explaining everything in great detail. They gave us fantastic recommendations on places to visit, where to shop, and suggested various activities we could join. We took part in the lantern boat ride and watched the 'Memories' show. Bicycles are also available for rent here, and we enjoyed cycling around the old town! It was a wonderful experience.

Excellent hotel. The room was stylish and clean, and the breakfast was superb.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect—close to everything I needed, with easy access to local attractions. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Super friendly staff. The location is right in the tourist area. The food market, lanterns and outdoor show are all easily walkable. The room is mostly pretty quiet, a small amount of noise creeps in but I slept like a baby here. Room was cleaned everyday with new towels and water bottles. The breakfast was delicious - always eggs, bacon, veggies, fruit, rice, and noodles are available. The shared pool on the top floor has one room right there, I only noticed when they came outside while I was swimming. Overall I enjoyed the hotel a lot. By the way the touristy area is very busy from the afternoon onwards. So many people taking pics and enjoying the beauty. Be prepared!

In some ways the location is good being on a quiet street but still close to the old town. The problem is the old town is so crowded and overrun with tourists now that it is hard to get away from all the people in this location. There are people everywhere at the night market just down the road, on the bridge to the old town and even more in cars and on bikes on the streets. The room and breakfast are nice, but my room wasn't cleaned much and the pool is tiny. While the staff are very welcoming and friendly, they are overly helpful and give you too much information on tours when you first check in, they are constantly trying to get you to sign up for something.

To echo my precious review - the communal areas could do with a clean and tidy up (in particular the stairs). Breakfast average. Rooms nice (twin a little damp).

I love that it is located in a quieter part of the old town. Just a stone throw away from the night market. When i arrived at the property, Anna was super welcoming to explain the facilities available, dipping pool and buffet breakfast. She was also quick to ask what we were planning to do during our visit to Hoi An and quickly shared the different tours available that can be booked through her. She was not pushy just wanted to make sure we experience Hoi An as much as possible. Due to the rainy season, the room we checked into had some issues with water damage. It was already dry but I think due to high occupancy, the maintenance crew did not have an opportunity to sort matters out. When we informed Anna, she was prompt to offer us alternative accommodations to ensure that we do not trigger any allergies. Because of her openness and willingness to help, I will be happy to return to this property and their sister property when I visit Hoi An in the future.

Nice & warm hotel. Very close to old town. Staffs are very friendly and breakfast was good.

Stayed a night. Hotel was kind enough to change my check in dates due to flight delays.Yhey also helped to arrange tour to Marble mountains. Was moved to another newly renovated building for their double room. Got a nice swimming pool. Near to night market and old town area, about 5 mins walk. Overall satisfied with their service and hotel.

Very close to Hoi An Night Market and Ancient town. Staff Anna & Lily are really friendly and helpful. If you’re planning to go to Coconut boat tour, they will arrange for you with direct pick up from hotel. Even though the hotel is near night market but the surrounding is quiet and calm.

Great location. The staff are very friendly and full of great suggestions. Easy to find and very enjoyable to walk around the area
