Great hotel in general. Service from the moment we got in and people were nice and willing to help. The breakfast was nice but we noticed it could get quite empty if running towards the end of breakfast. The restaurant is closed but you can order drinks at the reception. The location is a bit outside of the center of hoi an but free bike rental and optional moped rental fixes that problem. The accommodation was very nice. We had a nice room and a great bathroom. The swimming pool in the hotel was very nice as well. Only negative point; we had a room which connects to the next room. Due to the door it was very noisy even when the neighbors where just talking or laughing.

Wonderful hotel! They have the newest bikes available! The smoothies are delicious! The minibar is free. We even got an upgraded room. It's a really beautiful hotel! The pool is amazing! Honestly, it's even better than some 4-star places. Highly recommend!!!

Such a lovely hotel! The staff are so enthusiastic and adorable. Breakfast is included, and they even provide complimentary snacks in the room. Oh, and you can borrow bicycles for free! The hotel is about 2.5km from the Old Town, so cycling is a great option. If I come back to Hoi An, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room had a slight musty smell, but everything else was good. The buffet breakfast was quite nice! It's a bit of a walk to the Old Town, so I'd recommend it for those who have their own transportation.
