The room had SO MUCH mold. If you care about your health, avoid this place. The receptionist also gave us a lot of pressure when we had just arrived after a long journey and hadn't had a single second to rest and freshen up. She was asking us to book a coconut boat ride, taxi to Da Nang (we hadn't even decided how long we were planning to stay in Hoi An), breakfast the next morning, extending our stay at their hotel one more night etc when we had literally just arrived. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable especially when we had already mentioned we haven't decided anything and need just a few minutes to settle in. Then when we were checking out, she told us to post a good review.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed linen and towels were very clean, as were the shower and toilet. Housekeeping came every day, changed the sheets, and cleaned the room — we were honestly impressed by the level of care. There were no unpleasant smells or noise, which made our stay very comfortable. We had a balcony filled with beautiful plants — such a lovely touch that made the space feel cozy and vibrant. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful. We also went on two tours organized by the hotel: a peaceful river trip on a traditional basket boat and an island tour with snorkeling. Both were fantastic — very well organized and memorable! It’s very convenient that you can book tours, rent a scooter, order transfers, or get food and coffee directly at the reception — and all at very affordable prices. The hotel design is beautiful, with great attention to detail. The management and staff are genuinely kind, polite, and welcoming. We are extremely happy with our trip and will definitely come back again!
