Room have a sofa and it's the worst I ever had the TV work with no channel the ceiling has a strange black spot the bed feel quite nice it's ok for 1 night stay

The people in the hotel did not speak english, which was very annoying. They did have a bike rental. Altough the rooms were cleaned everyday, the room itself was not very clean.

Perfect location to discover hoian by foot. You can reach everything by foot and also a lot of restaurants are nearby. Very happy about the stay and would stay there again.

The hotel is under renovation but still letting guests stay. The hallways are full of paint dust. The next morning, workers arrived early to renovate the adjacent rooms, causing a lot of noise and dust. I went out, but the owner didn't inform me that they would also be renovating my room. Luckily, I was out all morning.

Came and hour after check in time and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes for our room to be ready. And then check out time was 12pm and it’s was 12:04pm and we were literally 1 minute from leaving and he comes and knocks on the door and walks in room Rudely and disrespectful looks around at everything. We were provided waters that we assumed were complimentary like any other hotel. But he made us pay for them and over charged us but double how much we pay for them at the store. There was no sign that said they costed money. The room was also not oven fully cleaned up from the the last guests. And the walls meeting to the ceiling were gross. DO NOT GO HERE

The place is located right in the middle of hoi an, a few streets away from old town, lots of eateries around and about an hour half away from the beach (on foot). The room itself is big with big cupboard and a mini fridge (but the plug too short to get to the socket). If you look in detail, it's pretty rundown... Some things are pretty old and broken. The stairs holder is broken so be careful. Some curtains are molded? But ignoring that, all the things are functioning well and doesn't really affect much if you are looking for a place to rest. They have a 'pantry' area where you can dine in and microwave your food.

Very good hotel. They have free bicycle so you can observe the city. Location is away from center. It look like you are in jungle. It is close to river. Swimming look nice. Good wifi speed
