Palm Garden Beach Resort & Spa

This hotel was our favorite during our entire trip to Vietnam! Everyone in my family, from young to old, was incredibly comfortable. The hotel consists of individual villas, which offers excellent privacy. The public areas are beautifully designed, and the service is great. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the spa was very relaxing. We were so satisfied!

The place is already in Huinan and offers a free shuttle bus to the ancient town. However, if you go, you'll generally stay until the evening, and then you'll have to take a taxi back. Getting around Da Nang from here isn't very convenient; you'll need a taxi. If you're a beach person and want to just relax, this is a great choice.

The hotel room was spacious, and I loved the aroma. The restaurant and beach lounge areas were beautiful, with large, comfortable chairs perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Overall, the hotel service was excellent, and having medical staff on-site was a huge plus.

Highly recommend! The hotel has a great island resort vibe, and the beach is lovely. The breakfast spread is good, and the hotel's spa is also excellent! The pool is nice too. The basketball and tennis courts are a bit old and could use a renovation. We booked a two-bedroom garden view room, which faced the sea directly and was very comfortable!

Everything was perfect, except on the last day, at check-out, they insisted I had used the minibar water.

Step right out to an unbeatable sea view! The cocktail happy hour is a must-try. Plus, they even surprised me with a cake for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a fantastic vacation experience!

Our favorite hotel this trip!!! Great value for money! Lots of Westerners, either swimming or sunbathing. I had an early flight, so I called the hotel beforehand to ask if early check-in was possible. A male receptionist answered and said it would be fine if there was an available room. However, after I pointed out that there were many rooms still for sale online for that day, he changed his mind and said I'd have to pay for an extra night. His excuses were really frustrating. But when we arrived at the hotel, they let us rest in the lounge for a while and then allowed us to check in early once a room was ready. I'm very grateful for that! Most rooms are in buildings with four units, while the beachfront units have two. The essential oil scent in the room was lovely. I was worried the facilities might be old as it's an older hotel, but they were actually fine. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even had mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Please note: Only the bottled water on the table is free. The minibar and the snacks on the table are all chargeable! The hotel doesn't list the snack prices on the menu, nor are there any reminder cards in the room. The hotel is a bit far from the ancient town, but they offer free bicycles to ride.
