Ivy Villa is really nice hotel, walking distance from city center and with bycicles avaiable. Very nice staff, confortable and clean rooms, nice swimming pool and delicious breakfast. Everytime I go back Hoi An I choose Ivy Villa to stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Ivy Villa!! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. For me, the location was perfect. If you rent a motor bike, everything is 5-8 minutes away from this location. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and quite frankly made each morning an easier start. On top of all of this, Nam and his team are truly caring and accommodating hosts that I feel so lucky to have had. You can tell they care about their guests and are willing to help with anything they might need. As someone traveling alone, it’s nice to know someone is looking out for you. I would definitely stay here again and recommend them to all my friends and family!

Clean room and nice breakfasts. The staff were super helpful with assisting in arranging transportation and day trips. Location is a quick Grab ride to downtown and we also enjoyed a nice vegetarian café that is in walking distance from it.

Ivy Villa was located outside the hustle and bustle of the town centre, but easily accessible via a Grab car or motorbike (I also walked it a few times). It's only a small hotel but all the staff were lovely and it's very quiet at night. Nam was wonderful - organising multiple tours for me, airport transfers and very fast laundry. Thank you! The room was very spacious and the bed was the most comfortable I'd slept in during the 2 weeks I spent in Vietnam. I'll definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Hoi An. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. Staff super friendly and really helpful ,also booking our onward travel. Nam in particular. Breakfast pre-ordered each day was excellent.

Modern, clean, great location between old quarter and beach. Rooms were very clean, excellent breakfast, beautiful lap pool, best hotel experience we had in Vietnam. Most importantly the staff there are amazing, great local information for travelers, extremely helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.

We had advised time of check in but had to wait 20 mins in foyer for the maid to turn on the air-conditioning in the room for it to cool down. The foyer is not air-conditioned, only air cooler which still read 35 degrees and all windows and doors open, very uncomfortable. Access to the pool area not suited for the elderly or those with walking problems. Our room has shower in the bath so mum could not use it. Comfortable bed and tea/ making in room. The fridge was not cold enough to stop the milk from going off overnight. Lucky we only had to stay 1 night before flying home.

Can't fault this hotel it's everything you'd want at this price. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean big comfortable room. Lovely shower, toilet works probably. Fresh breakfast in the morning that tastes good. It even has a small swimming pool. Town centre, old quarter is about 20mins walk or borrow a free bike. Would i come back? Oh yes. Would i recommend to friends? Yes.

A particular shout out to Nam. He's an amazing professional. Nothing was too much to ask, he booked our onward travel without any fuss and even helped us out on his day off, despite our protestations! The hotel itself is pleasant with great beds, and the prebooked breakfast was fresh and delicious. Perfect distance for a nice walk or free bikes to use. A great choice and, once again, thank you Nam.
