Clean and nice hotel. The hotel staff was explaining to me what to do in Hoi An and even gave me a map. The hotel breakfast was pretty good. When I was leaving, they even gave me a parting gift which I really appreciate a lot.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Charm Hotel!
The staff is so friendly and made us feel at home. The location is also excellent for super close access to all the shopping. Would absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Hotel is amazing , staff very kind and have a great service mind. The location is great you can walk to old town in 5 mins. Very recommended for the traveller who want to stay in Hoi an.

The hotel is new renovated in June 2023. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Near to old town. Happy with my stay here. Will definitely come back again for next visit.

The hotel has excellent service. Can walk to tourist attractions 4-5minute. Delicious breakfast. I’m very happy to stay here. If there is a chance, we will definitely come back to stay again :)

Really enjoyed our stay at La Charm! Centrally located near all tourist attractions. Superb room, very clean. Friendly helpful staff and very nice food. Ms Thao is very helpful and cares for the guests!
