The Hotel is very nice but too expensive! The room is clean and the bed is amazing and very comfortable! The bathroom is spacious but we had a bad smell inside. The staff is friendly and helpful and does speak a proper English! At check-in we had unfortunately the wrong room which was kinda disappointing. The breakfast is a 1/5 so very poor! Location wise itโ€™s amazing, just 1โ‚ฌ with grab away from the old town and 1 min away from the TP Bank!

Although the location is a bit far from the old town, it was nice to walk and ride a bike to find hidden cafes and restaurants. The staff at the accommodation are very friendly and nice. However, the hygiene is not very clean and the swimming pool water is not clean, but the swimming pool is pretty. The breakfast is not very good. It's okay that there isn't much prepared, but there are a lot of flies flying around and it's sticky. When I said that, he didn't respond and just took the plate with the flies to the kitchen.

I was told the restaurant will be ready for breakfast at 6am but when I turn up at 6.25am, it is still not ready. I was made to wait outside near the swimming pool area while it was raining heavily. Everything seems ready with all the workers sitting and waiting inside but I was not allowed in to at least sit down in a dry place without rain water splashing at my feet. The hotel is dated and old. The workers are rude and refuse to communicate in English but Vietnamese. Wonโ€™t visit again

Returned after a year and they are a 4 star hotel now which is well deserved. High service level, beautifull rooms, great pool with fluffy towels who can used at the beach too. Good asian and western breakfast and thanks Laura for the tasty vietnamese iced coffee. Great restaurants on walking distance, good spa. Nancy and Henry , thanks for the great 7 nights again. Michael thanks for getting us transport many times. Hope to see you all next year again.

Bedroom size is ok and clean, but bathroom is small. Location: approx 1.5 km to the old town, taxi is around VND 40K or you can use their bike (free) . There are some restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was ok (local and western), not many choices but ok to start the day. Staff were friendly and helpfull.

Less than a year old hotel. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Quiet location and within walking distance to old town. They were many good places to eat nearby. We also found a great tailor, Si Mon with better pricing than those in the old town and only a block away from the hotel. Great wifi and TV channels.

This hotel is amazing, from the rooms to the staff. Henry and his team couldnโ€™t have been more helpful, and the hotel is a manageable walk into hoi an old town. Even better you can take one of the complimentary bikes and ride in. This hotel is new, so expect everything to be the best of the best. Great stay

Beautiful new hotel with some of the best service. We booked 1 night and ended up staying 2 more. The room is immaculate with a great shower, nice balcony and lots of english tv channels. Every afternoon as it was so hot we used the sparking clean large pool, We used the new bikes to get to town and the beach. Everyone we met was super kind and friendly. I only booked 1 night at first as I wasn't sure of the location but it really made it easy to go to the beach or town within minutes on a bike, or a 15 min walk to town. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.
