Very nice location, open view of the art park, allows cooking with grocery stores downstairs

Beds were uncomfortable. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and got food poisoning. The heater in the room made a loud screeching noise but was too cold to turn off do we didn't get much sleep and both our backs are messed up now. Also the app (way too many booking requirements and too bloated) and codes to get into elevators are a nuisance. Worst hotel stay I've experienced.

I would strongly advise others to never rent from this host. After our flight was canceled, leaving our family stranded through no fault of our own, we reached out hoping for some understanding or flexibility. Instead, we were met with zero compassion and no effort to help. The host refused to offer any refund or reasonable accommodation, despite clear travel disruptions. Communication was cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful during an already stressful situation—especially traveling with children. Life happens, flights get canceled, and how a host responds in those moments says everything. Unfortunately, this host showed no concern for guests at all, only for keeping the money. If you value customer service, empathy, or basic decency, do not book this hotel. There are far better hosts out there who actually care about their guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Circ. The location was super convenient, so getting around was effortless. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the personnel were especially kind and attentive throughout our trip. It also feels like the hotel is under new management—everything seems noticeably improved compared to before. I stayed here back in 2024 as well, and this time the team was truly awesome. The balcony was a standout too—an ideal place to relax, with a great view that made mornings and evenings feel extra special. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

Worst Hotel I have been too in a long time. Thank goodness for Sophia’s restaurant at the hotel where the food and service was exceptional. Ok back to this horrible hotel, as soon as we walk into the build the scattered rugs were filthy! We go into our room and it smells musty, the balcony furniture is nasty and we could not sit on them. We arrived there on a Saturday; Sunday morning we showered and placed our towels on the floor so hospitality would come in later make our beds and provide us later with fresh linen. When we arrived back Sunday evening used towels still on the floor and bed not made; I went to the front desk and encountered an uninterested clerk with a bad attitude who told me rudely the laundry truck is delayed and we’ll have your towels in the morning. Wow!!! There’s no clean towels in this hotel I’m thinking to myself. Well I go back to the desk the next morning and laundry truck still has not arrived!! My husband and I had to dry off from our showers with our clean tee shirts. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EVER GO BACK TO CIRC HOTEL SONDER!!! And for the outfit i forgot in the closet KEEP IT!! I thought with this hotel being associated with a Marriott and a 4.2 review rating it would be a nice place. We Love Marriotts and we are Bonboy members!! When is my $50.00 deposit being released from my bank?
