Downtown Hollywood Gardens Inn & Suites

The hotel charged a $40 service fee that was not listed on the Trip website. The rooms at the end of the hallways have a strong odor. The rooms have connecting doors to other rooms, which caused discomfort. There’s no coffee maker or enough toiletries in the bathroom. The location is not good, and there’s no breakfast or shuttle service. For the price, it’s not worth it.

I checked in on 6/18/26 and the the first thing I do is check for cleanliness throughout the room I check the bed at first and it seemed to be ok and everything else was ok ,but when I left out of the room to explore the city I came back in took a shower got ready for bed and there was a bedbug on my bed I called the front desk over and over NO ANSWER (2am) Suppose to 24hr service so I didn't sleep on the bed I sat in the chair for hours until the sun came up at 6am and told the lady at the front desk what happened and she didn't give me much to rely on but I checked out of the room I Supposed have stayed for two nights but I wasn't staying there no more ever with bugs in the bed!!! SN: I HAVE PICTURES ALSO) I Want My Money Back at least for one night!!!

Parking is confusing, staff was unfriendly and unknowledgeable, not helpful at all! The rooms are DISGUSTING!! Stains everywhere, room wreaked of mildew and ****, got allergies while in the room for just 2 hrs. Bathroom had a ball of hair stuck on the bottom of the door. The sheets had stains on them too. They refuse to refund me my money since I checked out the same day I checked in. I will NEVER stay here again!!!

Staff were terrible , rude and didn’t speak any English. When I got there they had a sign that said they had code violations and were being brought to court
