This was a terrible experience. Parking was a hassle. Only a few parking spots behind the hotel and it's first come first serve. If you don't find a spot, you have to drive around and find a spot in front of other hotels. Pools were disgusting, cloudy, and completely packed. Neptune pool was closed the next day making the other pools even more crouded. Room was ok but not as pictured. Very old, barley clean, musty and very small. Ended up leaving early becasue we couldn't imagine staying another minute. Check in was was extremely long but the gentleman working was very nice.

Was a nightmare couldn’t check in I left to another hotel there was a long line to check in only one person please don’t ever think stay there very bad not worth it

I traveled with my 5-yea old. While in the room, 2 men open the door and argued that it was their room. I Went to the office I requested a refund and a woman by the name Karen who assigned the rooms blamed *******. This not to mention parking charges not disclosed and not able to find one. We immediately left. Very NEGLIGENT SCARY. experience. Those men could have open the room door in the middle of the night.

Floors were dirty with a lot of grit; had to wear shoes in room. Air conditioner noisey. Loud bass music outside our window at night, horrible! No hot water for shower. No pool at the Neptune but other HBH vacation rentals had them you could use. View outside door of beach is beautiful. Would not recommend or stay there again.

We rented the penthouse but when we went to check in a block away under the sun the penthouse was rented to someone else. They offered 2 rooms so we walked again under the sun and the rooms weren’t opening, so we walked back again 2 more times until finally maintenance opened but one room was flooded with water so we walked back again, they gave us another room but the key didn’t work again, so we walked back again and one room was dirty full of trash so we walked back again until finally we got 2 rooms but separate from each other. After buying a lot of groceries the stove didn’t work. The poor lady at the very long check in line was trying but she was completely overwhelmed and alone checking in a very long line with several guests coming back and complaining their keys weren’t working or something was dirty or broken.

Poor staff, what is in the pictures is NOT what it is..run down place. They still owe me 56.00 as i got there and cancel the reservation.

Located right on the broadwalk. The ocean is right there. Door 2415 with a star was our room on the second floor. We could see the ocean from both our windows! The windows needed to be washed, but everything else was great!
